iFit scores 73/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, phone.
iFit subscriptions can be cancelled online via account Settings → Membership Plan → End Benefits, or by phone at (866) 608-1798 (Mountain Time business hours); subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled through those platforms. Monthly fees are non-refundable; annual fees are refundable only if cancelled within 30 days of original purchase or trial start. A pause option is available through the same account settings path.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
