How hard is it to cancel Ideogram?
Ideogram scores 79/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app.
To cancel, go to ideogram.ai/pricing (or the app), select 'Manage billing', and click 'Cancel Subscription'; cancellation must be submitted at least 5 days before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Access continues through the end of the current billing period after cancellation. All subscription payments are non-refundable with no credits for partially used periods, and unused Priority credits expire at end of the billing period. No pause/freeze option exists; account deletion is permanent and removes all associated data.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
