How hard is it to cancel IdeaBrowser?
IdeaBrowser scores 89/100 (grade A) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — among the most clearly documented cancellation policies we've scored. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email.
IdeaBrowser is self-serve cancel. Per the official FAQ ("Can I cancel anytime?"): "Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked. Go into Dashboard -> Billing -> Manage billing, click 'Cancel subscription', and confirm." The same Dashboard -> Billing -> Manage billing path is used to downgrade or switch plans. Refund stance: full refunds within the first 14 days if not finding value; separately, if annual billing wasn't clear at checkout you can email [email protected] within 30 days for a refund. Plans are annual-only during early access (e.g. Starter $499/yr, Pro $1499/yr); no pause/freeze feature exists. Account/data deletion is by emailing support from the address on file with "DELETE MY ACCOUNT" in the subject (erased within 48 hours). No app-store/third-party billing caveat is noted; billing runs through Stripe directly.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
