How hard is it to cancel IDAGIO Premium+?

IDAGIO documents a self-serve cancellation: on the website/desktop app via Account Settings > Cancel Subscription, with a reason prompt and confirmation. Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google Play must be cancelled in that store, on the same platform used to subscribe. After cancelling, premium features continue until the end of the billing period, then the account becomes IDAGIO Free with the six newest playlists/albums retained.
