To leave and keep your number, text PAC plus your date of birth (DDMMYY) to 65075; to leave with a new number, text STAC plus DOB to 75075; codes can also be requested in the iD Mobile app / my.idmobile.co.uk (Plan > Leave iD) or via live chat. Codes are valid 30 days and if unused the account stays open and you keep being billed. With a PAC/STAC no notice period is required; to cancel without keeping your number outside a switch you give 30 days' notice and the plan ends 30 days from the request. Early Termination Charges apply if you leave within the minimum term (remaining monthly payments plus outstanding charges); keep the Direct Debit active for the final bill.
