How hard is it to cancel Ice?
Ice scores 60/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the NO — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, in person.
Mobile subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — effective the day after ice receives the cancellation — via phone (21 00 00 00), the Min Side online portal, or in-person at ice stores. Mobile broadband requires one month's notice calculated from the first calendar day of the month following receipt. Customers on a binding period who cancel early are charged a breach fee equal to the total discount remaining in that period (reduced by 1/12 per month elapsed). No partial-month refund is specified; customers are billed through the end of the notice or service period and receive a final invoice.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
