How hard is it to cancel Iberdrola?
Iberdrola scores 69/100 (grade C) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the ES — a partially documented cancellation policy with notable gaps. Cancellation is available via email, online (self-serve), phone.
Iberdrola (Spain) consumers who contracted at a distance (phone, online) or off-premises have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal (derecho de desistimiento) with no penalty or justification, exercised by an unequivocal declaration to IBERDROLA CLIENTES, S.A.U., Plaza Euskadi 5, 48009 Bilbao, by letter, fax (944 663 433), or email ([email protected]), or via the official withdrawal document. Ordinary termination/baja can be done online through the Area de Clientes, by phone on the free line 900 225 235 (24/7), or by writing to [email protected]. Contracts may auto-renew, so to stop renewal the consumer must give notice at least 15 calendar days before the end of each period; if the conditions include a permanencia commitment, early termination outside the withdrawal window may carry a penalty. Switching comercializadora does not interrupt supply.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
