Cancellation must be submitted before 11:59 pm local time on the Renewal Date (cut-off); orders already showing as 'Processed' cannot be cancelled for that cycle. Refunds are granted case-by-case within 30 days of the delivery date and take 10–15 business days to process; groceries are non-returnable. The online/app cancellation flow involves multiple 'Continue to Cancel' confirmation screens with reason prompts.
