Self-serve online at Hulu.com -> Account -> Cancel (the mobile app often hides the button, and Hulu pushes a Pause-instead offer — choose Continue to Cancel). Pause up to 12 weeks instead. NO prorated refunds; access runs to the cycle end. If billed via the App Store, cancel in iOS Settings. The Disney Bundle (Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+) can't be partially cancelled — cancel the bundle and resubscribe individually.

How to cancel Hulu

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app
  • Official cancellation page: https://help.hulu.com/article/hulu-cancel-hulu-subscription
  • Pause/freeze: available — Pause for up to 12 weeks instead of cancelling (offered as a retention step); billing stops and then resumes automatically.
  • Account/data deletion: Cancelling stops billing but doesn't delete your Hulu/Disney account or profile, and there is no prorated refund for the current cycle. If you have the Disney Bundle you CAN'T cancel Hulu alone — you cancel the bundle and resubscribe individually. Account/data deletion is a separate privacy request (CCPA).
