Self-serve online at Hulu.com -> Account -> Cancel (the mobile app often hides the button, and Hulu pushes a Pause-instead offer, choose Continue to Cancel). Pause up to 12 weeks instead. NO prorated refunds; access runs to the cycle end. If billed via the App Store, cancel in iOS Settings. The Disney Bundle (Disney+/Hulu/ESPN+) can't be partially cancelled, cancel the bundle and resubscribe individually.

How to cancel Hulu

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app
  • Official cancellation page: https://help.hulu.com/article/hulu-cancel-hulu-subscription
  • Pause/freeze: available, Pause for up to 12 weeks instead of cancelling (offered as a retention step); billing stops and then resumes automatically.
  • Account/data deletion: Cancelling stops billing but doesn't delete your Hulu/Disney account or profile, and there is no prorated refund for the current cycle. If you have the Disney Bundle you CAN'T cancel Hulu alone, you cancel the bundle and resubscribe individually. Account/data deletion is a separate privacy request (CCPA).
