How hard is it to cancel Huel?
Huel scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), email, phone.
Huel US subscriptions run indefinitely with no minimum commitment and can be cancelled at any time through the online account portal in approximately three steps: navigate to Manage Subscription, select Cancel Subscription, choose a reason, and confirm. No advance notice is required and there are no cancellation penalties. Cancellation does not delete the account; unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, but recurring charges are otherwise non-refundable. Subscribers may also skip individual upcoming orders rather than cancelling, and can contact support at [email protected] or by phone if they need assistance.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
