How hard is it to cancel Hub Health?
Hub Health scores 78/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the AU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in_account.
Hub Health (operated by Midnight Health Pty Ltd) offers the hubPass membership and monthly subscriptions with no lock-in contracts. To cancel, users navigate to their Profile page in the Patient Portal and select 'Cancel hubPass'; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billed period. hubPass auto-renews at the end of each billed period unless cancelled. Refunds for hubPass fees are offered only in limited circumstances such as technical errors or service interruptions on Hub's end. A payment failure triggers a 'Lapsed Period' during which benefits pause, and if still unpaid the subscription auto-cancels.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
