Hone Health members cancel before the end of the current subscription period through the Help Center online request form, by phone at (833) 444-4483, or by email to [email protected]; cancellation is effective when the form is submitted even though processing takes 1-2 business days. Membership auto-renews at the end of each period unless canceled, and at least 15 days' notice is required when revoking automatic payment authorization before the next payment date. Fees paid are not refundable and partial-month refunds or credits are not offered, though if a member is charged after submitting a cancellation or pause request that charge is fully refunded. Data handling is governed by the separate Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices.
