Holmes Place Germany memberships run on 6, 12 or 24-month minimum terms, cancellable with one month's notice to month-end no earlier than the end of that minimum term, after which they continue indefinitely on the same one month's notice (legacy pre-2022 contracts had a 3-month notice). Cancellation can be made in text form (including electronically), via the website cancellation button (Kündigungsbutton), or by post to the Berlin office. Online/distance contracts carry a statutory 14-day withdrawal right. Members may request monthly rest periods (Ruhezeiten) when the account is current, which extend the contract term. Spa, towel and personal-training add-ons are often separate contracts that must be cancelled individually.
