Hive instructs members to cancel Hive Plus via the Hive app under Manage then Hive+ then Manage my subscription, which redirects to the web; the support page notes the self-serve feature is not currently available and asks customers to contact Hive to cancel. Hive separately discontinued its HomeShield smart security subscription, cancelling those payments automatically from 1 August 2025.
