How hard is it to cancel Hive?

Monthly subscribers can cancel self-serve in-app via Settings > Billing and choosing not to renew at the end of the billing period; only the Billing Admin can do this. Annual subscribers must contact support through the in-app chat (blue question mark icon). A 30-day advance notice before the renewal date is required to avoid being charged for the next period. All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, with no credits for partial periods.
