Hily subscriptions can be cancelled through the app's Profile > Settings > FAQ > Hily Premium > Premium Billing path (iOS/Android), or by emailing [email protected] for web-purchased subscriptions. Cancellation must be completed before the end of the billing period to avoid automatic renewal; deleting the app or account does NOT cancel the subscription. All fees are non-refundable with no proration for partial periods, though US residents in certain states (AZ, CA, CT, IL, IA, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, RI, WI) may cancel within 3 days for a full refund. No pause or freeze option is available.
