Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, the subscription remains active and usable until then, then does not renew. No prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations. A 7-day refund window applies to initial purchases only, provided no Credits have been used; a service fee of up to 6% applies where permitted by law. Renewals are fully non-refundable. App-store purchases must use that platform's own refund process.
