To cancel a Hidive membership, subscribers log into their account on hidive.com and navigate to My Account settings to follow the cancellation prompts; those who subscribed via Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or Roku must cancel through those respective platforms. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, meaning access continues until the last paid day with no proration. Hidive does not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unwatched content, and does not grant refunds for forgotten trial renewals (no statutory exception for US subscribers). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
