How hard is it to cancel HeyGen?

HeyGen subscriptions are cancelled online via the Plan & Billing settings page (click the arrow next to 'Upgrade', select 'Cancel Plan', complete two survey screens, confirm twice); mobile app subscribers cancel through Apple/Google subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — access continues until then. A 30-day pause option is available as an alternative to full cancellation. Refunds are discretionary within 15 days of purchase (14 days via Apple App Store) and may be denied if significant credits have been used; no proration is offered for unused time after the billing cycle.
