How hard is it to cancel Hetzner Cloud?

Hetzner documents that Cloud servers, snapshots, backups, volumes, networks, and floating IPs are canceled immediately by deleting them in the Hetzner Console, with billing pro-rated so the customer only pays for the period the product was held and data deleted immediately; closing the entire account requires emailing support and is subject to the 30-days-to-end-of-month rule.
