How hard is it to cancel Hers?
Hers scores 72/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, phone, email.
Hers subscribers can cancel at any time online via the account dashboard (Account → Subscriptions → Manage → Cancel Subscription), through the app, by calling 1-800-368-0038, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next renewal/processing date to avoid the next charge. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods or after an order has been processed, though refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis at Hers' sole discretion. A pause option of up to 90 days is available within account settings.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
