Helium Mobile's official cancellation-policy article states you can cancel any time via your online account at hellohelium.com, in the app (Me > Billing > Cancel Plan), or by contacting Support. If you do not transfer your number, service continues until the end of the current billing cycle; if you do transfer, service continues until the number is successfully ported (select 'Yes, Port My Number' to auto-generate transfer details). The policy does not state prorated refunds. After cancellation your account login and wallet (with remaining funds) stay accessible; numbers can typically be recovered within ~59 days after deactivation.
