How hard is it to cancel Headspace?

Headspace subscriptions can be cancelled online at headspace.com/subscription/manage, through the mobile app (Settings > Account & Subscription), or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no proration for the remaining term. Refunds are available only within 30 days of the initial direct purchase; subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' non-refundable policies. No pause or freeze option exists.
