happn (happn SAS, Paris) bills Premium through the app stores, so cancellation is done in the store where the subscription was purchased: on iOS via Settings > [name] > Subscriptions > happn > Cancel, and on Android via Google Play > Subscriptions. Users are told to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period. After cancellation, Premium advantages are retained until the end of the current billing period. The help center warns that uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. No documented partial-period refund or pause option.
