Hallon has no binding period or notice period; customers cancel via Mina sidor (online account, BankID login) by navigating to Settings > Manage subscription > Cancel subscription, after which they must chat with the subscription team (available weekdays 9–16) to complete the process. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month — no refund is issued for remaining days unless the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies, in which case a full refund is returned to the payment card within 2 weeks. Email cancellations via [email protected] are also accepted. Accounts blocked due to unpaid invoices cannot be cancelled until the balance is settled.

- Pause/freeze: available — Subscribers can pause their mobile subscription for up to 6 months at no cost, self-service via Mina sidor (BankID login > Manage subscription > Pause). Allowed once per 12-month period. Broadband subscriptions cannot be paused. Existing data allowance is preserved during pause.
- Account/data deletion: GDPR erasure requests are handled by Hallon's data protection officer (Hi3G Access AB). Submit request via email to [email protected] or by post.
