Buyers cancel online by going to their Gumroad Library (gumroad.com/library), clicking the product, and selecting Cancel — or via the Manage Membership page linked from their purchase receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining portion of the current billing cycle (ToS §8.2(b)). Refunds on one-time purchases are governed by individual creator policies, with Gumroad able to intervene after 30 days of creator non-response.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
