Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade C

Grubhub+ ($9.99/month) can be cancelled online via the Grubhub website or app by navigating to Account > Grubhub+ > Cancel Membership, or by calling customer support at (877) 585-1085. Cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge; benefits remain active through the end of the current paid period. Grubhub's terms explicitly state no refunds or credits are issued for partially used periods, with exceptions only at Grubhub's discretion. Members who receive Grubhub+ through Amazon Prime or other partner benefits must cancel through that partner's platform rather than through Grubhub directly.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
