How hard is it to cancel Greenlight?
Greenlight scores 73/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app, phone.
Greenlight accounts can be closed at any time in-app via the Settings menu or by calling customer support at 888-483-2645; only the primary accountholder can initiate closure. A refund of the initial monthly fee is available if the account is cancelled on or before the first Monthly Billing Date (7 days after registration); no proration is offered after that point. Upon closure, card and app access end immediately, any remaining wallet balance is refunded to the funding source within 5–7 business days, and any invested funds are sold at market price before refund. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees apply.
