How hard is it to cancel GreenGeeks?

GreenGeeks accounts can be cancelled online via the account dashboard (disable auto-renewal or use 'Cancel Now' for immediate termination), by phone at 1-877-326-7483, or via a billing support ticket; a confirmation email response is required to complete the process. Auto-renewal must be disabled at least 5 business days before the renewal date. A 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee applies to shared, reseller, and VPS hosting (excluding setup fees, domain names, and add-ons); no refunds are issued for renewal charges after the first 30 days. All website files and data are permanently deleted upon cancellation, with no account pause option available.
