How hard is it to cancel Great Learning?

Great Learning has two paths. For the Academy Pro+ monthly subscription, fees are payable in advance and non-refundable, and the license auto-renews unless the user cancels on the 'Manage Subscription' page before the next billing cycle. For instructor-led programs, a full refund is available within 48 hours of enrollment; afterward the admission fee is not refunded, but course fees are fully refunded if cancelled more than four weeks before the start, declining to nothing once the course begins.
