How hard is it to cancel Graphite?

Cancellation is documented in the Terms of Service: a subscriber must cancel before the renewal date 'via the Stripe billing portal or by reaching out to [email protected]'. Cancellation 'will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and no further payments will be required'. Refunds are explicitly excluded: 'payments for Services are nonrefundable' and 'Refunds will not be provided for partially used subscription periods'; the terms also state payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees non-refundable. A narrow pro-rata refund exists only where an Add-On is discontinued because of a price increase. There is no dedicated cancellation help page; the route is described only inside the ToS.
