Granola subscribers can cancel at any time via Settings > Billing > Manage subscription in the app or on the web, which opens Stripe's billing portal where Cancel subscription is selected. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active through the end of the current monthly billing cycle; no refund for unused time is mentioned. After the billing period ends, the account automatically downgrades to the free Basic plan with limited features and 30-day note access. There is no pause option, and account/data deletion is available separately through Settings > Profile.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
