How hard is it to cancel Gousto?

Gousto subscriptions can be cancelled anytime online via account settings or the mobile app (no minimum notice period or lock-in). Phone cancellation is available on 020 3011 1002. Individual orders can be cancelled free of charge up to noon three days before scheduled delivery; reserved funds are released within 5 business days. No cancellation fee applies, and a pause feature is available as an alternative to full cancellation.
