Goodfood subscribers in Canada can cancel at any time by contacting the Member Happiness team via live chat (on the website or app) or by email at [email protected]; there is no self-serve cancel button. Cancellation must be submitted before a delivery-day-specific weekly cutoff deadline or the upcoming order will still be charged. There are no sign-up or cancellation fees. Dissatisfied customers can request account credits within five days of receiving an order; no cash refunds are issued.

  • Account/data deletion: Customers can request modification or deletion of personal data at any time via the Privacy menu on the Goodfood website or by emailing the Chief Privacy Officer at [email protected].
