Members can cancel online via the account unsubscribe form or by phone at 1-866-205-7451 (8am-9pm ET). Memberships subject to auto-renewal continue automatically and charge the payment method on file unless cancelled before the renewal date, so cancellation must be made in advance of the renewal date to avoid recurring charges. Except as expressly stated in the Terms, NO REFUNDS are provided upon cancellation. On cancellation, Standard/Elite members revert to the Basic tier (accrued Points retained subject to expiration); Basic members forfeit unredeemed Points and benefits.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
