How hard is it to cancel Gobble?

Gobble scores 76/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), phone, email.

Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Gobble subscriptions can be cancelled online via the account dashboard (Manage Delivery → Deactivate My Account), by phone at (888) 405-7481 (Mon–Fri 6am–8pm PT), or by email to [email protected]. The cutoff deadline is Wednesday at 11:59 PM local time the week before a scheduled delivery — any cancellation after that deadline will still result in a charge and shipment for the next order. No refunds are issued for orders that have already passed the Wednesday cutoff; users who cancelled before the deadline but were charged anyway may receive a credit or full refund within 30 days if documentary evidence is provided. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment.

How to cancel Gobble

  • Channels: online (self-serve), phone, email
  • Official cancellation page: https://support.gobble.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001469167-How-do-I-deactivate
  • Pause/freeze: available — Users can skip individual deliveries up to 4 weeks in advance through the account dashboard (Manage Delivery → Skip This Delivery). Skipping does not deactivate the account. Flexible Subscription option also allows changing delivery frequency to every 2, 3, or 4 weeks.
  • Account/data deletion: Upon account termination request, Gobble will deactivate or delete the account and data from active databases, though some data may be retained for fraud prevention, legal compliance, and troubleshooting. Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
