How hard is it to cancel Glo?

Glo scores 78/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve), in-app, email.

Last reviewed 2026-06-06 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

Glo subscriptions can be cancelled online via Account Settings on glo.com (web browser required; cannot be done inside the Glo app), or through Apple/Google app store settings if subscribed via those platforms; email support ([email protected]) is also available. Cancellation turns off auto-renewal and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for the unused portion of any billing cycle, and unused trial days are not compensated. Glo does not send reminder notices before free trials expire, so users must cancel before midnight Pacific Time on the last trial day to avoid charges.

How to cancel Glo

  • Channels: online (self-serve), in-app, email
  • Official cancellation page: https://support.glo.com/hc/en-us/articles/30903182116763-How-do-I-cancel-my-Glo-subscription
  • Pause/freeze: not offered. Glo does not offer a native subscription pause or freeze feature. Subscribers on Google Play may be able to pause through Google's own subscription management interface, but Glo's platform has no direct pause option.
  • Account/data deletion: Users can request full account and data deletion by emailing [email protected]. Glo states it will confirm deletion within two days. Note: cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete the account — both actions must be taken separately. https://support.glo.com/hc/en-us/articles/30921487362971-How-do-I-delete-my-Glo-account

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
