How hard is it to cancel Glide?
Glide scores 79/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Glide subscriptions are cancelled entirely online through the Billing section of the team dashboard (go.glideapps.com → Billing → Manage Plan / Open Customer Portal → Cancel subscription → confirm). All outstanding invoices must be paid before the Cancel Subscription button appears. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no prorated refund; overages incurred during the period are charged at cycle end. A 14-day full-refund window applies to the initial purchase; no refunds are given after 14 days.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
