Glide subscriptions are cancelled entirely online through the Billing section of the team dashboard (go.glideapps.com → Billing → Manage Plan / Open Customer Portal → Cancel subscription → confirm). All outstanding invoices must be paid before the Cancel Subscription button appears. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no prorated refund; overages incurred during the period are charged at cycle end. A 14-day full-refund window applies to the initial purchase; no refunds are given after 14 days.
