How hard is it to cancel Gitpod?

Gitpod allows a Classic subscription to be cancelled through the billing settings page, and its terms provide that the company may terminate with a pro-rated refund of any pre-paid but unused fees while not granting customers an equivalent self-cancellation refund, with all fees becoming due on termination.
