How hard is it to cancel GitKraken?

GitKraken states that subscriptions are cancelled at gitkraken.dev under the organization's Subscription panel, that only the Owner, Admins, and Billing Contacts can cancel, and that a cancelled subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is then labeled canceled.
