Giffgaff plans (goodybags) are cancelled online via My giffgaff Payment Details (toggle off recurring plan) or through the app; there is no phone or email cancellation channel. To cancel a queued plan you must do so by 9pm the day before it starts; active mid-cycle plans are non-refundable. Within 14 days of SIM activation a full or proportional refund applies (unused plan = full refund; partially used = pro-rata), processed within 14 days. Customers switching networks can instantly obtain a PAC or STAC code online to port or close their number; the account closes when the new network processes the code.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
