Cancellation must be received at least one full business day before the next billing date; weekend or holiday billing requires notice before 12pm EST on the prior business day. No refunds are issued on general monthly orders; prepaid subscriptions may be refunded within 15 days of sign-up subject to a 20% fee, and annual/gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled. Monthly subscribers can also place their account on a 30-day hold or use a one-time skip-next-renewal function through their account portal.
