Genie Music documents cancellation of recurring payment in the Membership Information section: in the app, tap the profile icon, go to the membership page, select Recurring Payment Settings, and tap Cancel Request; a web cancellation page provides the same. Canceling auto-renewal does not stop service immediately; the membership remains usable until its expiration date. Unused subscriptions can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase, and active-subscription cancellations are refunded after deducting usage. Carrier add-on plans are cancelled through the carrier.
