How hard is it to cancel Gcore?
Gcore scores 74/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the LU — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
Gcore services are stopped online and self-serve from the Customer Portal: on the Services page you expand the service card and click Disable service. The service then keeps working until a date shown in the portal, after which it is suspended and its data (associated resources and settings) is deleted, with complete service deletion following a further suspension period. A stopped service can be brought back with Resume service / Activate service. The documentation describes the disable/suspend mechanics and data deletion but does not state a fixed advance-notice period or any refund terms.

- Account/data deletion: Disabling a service is self-serve in the Customer Portal. The service keeps working until the date specified in the portal, then it is suspended and its data (associated resources and settings) is deleted; after a further suspension period, complete service deletion occurs.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
