Last reviewed 2026-06-05 · Documented-Policy tier · grade B

GameStop Pro can be cancelled online via the account portal (Turn Off Auto Renew), by emailing [email protected], or by calling 1-800-883-8895 at least 5 days before the membership anniversary date. Cancellation stops auto-renewal and future charges, but membership remains valid through the end of the current billing cycle with no prorated refund. A full refund is available within 2 days of initial purchase if no Pro benefits have been used; auto-renewal charges are refundable within 45 days if benefits have not been used since renewal. Cancellation results in permanent loss of all accumulated points.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
