How hard is it to cancel Future (fitness)?
Future (fitness) scores 70/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via in-app, email.
Members cancel via the app (Profile > Settings > Your Account > Update Membership > Cancel Membership) or by emailing [email protected]; there is no self-serve web portal cancel button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refund for monthly plans. The first month is refunded in full if requested; prepaid annual plans receive a pro-rated refund for unused months calculated at $199/month. Membership can be paused for 1–2 months (billing suspended) after 90 active days.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
