Fundrise Pro membership ($10/month) can be canceled at any time by navigating to Profile & Preferences on the Fundrise website; no phone or in-person contact is required. Investment account closure is also initiated online via a dedicated link in the Security section of Profile & Preferences. Underlying investment redemptions (liquidations) are a separate process governed by quarterly windows and fund-specific limitations, not a simple subscription cancel. Refund terms and required notice periods for the Pro membership are not publicly disclosed in the help documentation.

Scope & fairness

This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
