How hard is it to cancel Function Health?

Function Health does not allow pausing, but members can cancel and rejoin at any time; cancellation is handled via the member account (referenced as Section 13 of the Terms at my.functionhealth.com), the in-app member chat, or email to [email protected]. The published refund FAQ states Function does not offer refunds for prior payments, while its Terms provide a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no lab testing has been completed (and a parallel 48-hour window for unused Add-On tests). After canceling, access typically continues until the end of the current billing period. Health data is user-controlled and can be permanently deleted at any time.
