How hard is it to cancel Frontier GoWild Pass?
Frontier GoWild Pass scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US — a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
The Frontier GoWild Pass is a subscription that auto-renews each term unless cancelled by midnight Mountain Time on the final day of the current term. Cancellation is self-serve online: the pass holder logs into their FRONTIERMiles account, navigates to My Profile, and selects the cancel option. All pass charges — both initial enrollment and renewals — are non-refundable, though Monthly Pass holders receive a 30-day re-enrollment grace period if they cancel and re-subscribe within 30 days.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights — scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
