How hard is it to cancel Frontier GoWild Pass?
Frontier GoWild Pass scores 75/100 (grade B) for how clearly it documents cancellation in the US, a clearly documented cancellation policy. Cancellation is available via online (self-serve).
The Frontier GoWild Pass is a subscription that auto-renews each term unless cancelled by midnight Mountain Time on the final day of the current term. Cancellation is self-serve online: the pass holder logs into their FRONTIERMiles account, navigates to My Profile, and selects the cancel option. All pass charges, both initial enrollment and renewals, are non-refundable, though Monthly Pass holders receive a 30-day re-enrollment grace period if they cancel and re-subscribe within 30 days.

Scope & fairness
This is the Documented-Policy tier: it measures how clearly the cancellation policy is published (cited, dated facts), not the behavioural experience of cancelling (Verified-Flow audit pending). Every company is scored on the same five dimensions with the same published weights, scores cannot be bought or removed. It is opinion grounded in disclosed facts, and not legal advice.
