Subscribers can cancel at any time via the Subscription tab in their My Account area; access continues until the end of the current billing period and auto-renewal is disabled. The Terms of Service state either party may terminate with five business days' notice. Refunds for individual plans are available only in the initial period: 10 days (minus trial days) for monthly plans and 30 days (minus trial days) for annual plans, requested by emailing [email protected]; renewals are only refundable within 24 hours of payment if no course content was accessed. No partial pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
